My fiancé and I came into the store to get a quick ring sizing for him. We were in a rush as we stopped by on our way to a birthday dinner. Vanessa greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and funny. She got us in and out in a timely manner and even helped us pick out a ring! We will definitely be coming back for our future jewelry needs

The store manager Vanessa has been amazing. I’ve been looking at engagement rings and when I walked in the 2nd time she already knew me by name and the ring I had in mind. She’s so nice and knowledgeable. Even after this I will go back to her because of how easy she is to work with

Cassandra at Kay’s jewelers was super helpful and informative. I went in to replace wife’s diamond and she was able to help me replace it for a decent price (I was quoted from another store at a way higher price). She sent it in and made sure to communicate with me until it arrived (it got with in 2-3 weeks). The ring looked good as new. Cassandra set up reminder dates for me to help keep the diamond in place. Just in time for Valentine’s Day! Thank you for a great experience!

Vanessa and Kevin at Kay’s Outlet were amazing! They were super welcoming, patient, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was top tier and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, not just making a sale.
